The device for measuring ocular parameters works with a measuring system and an attachment to patient’s eyeglasses. The device for measuring ocular parameters has four markers representing mini checkerboards enabling the measuring system to determine the localization and orientation of the device for measuring ocular parameters. The device may be used with its front surface blank, with a drawing imitating a GUI on the front surface, or to place an electronic device such as smartphone thereon. The patient wearing the eyeglasses with the attachment, holds the device in a way of holding an electronic device such as a smartphone and stands in front of a camera of the measuring system body. The camera of the measuring system body detects the attachment and the checkerboards of the device for measuring ocular parameters.
