In the state showing the cart being folded in 1.1 to 1.7 and the state showing in the middle of the cart being folded in 1.8 to 1.14, the bottom plate is stored behind the front panel, under an upper flange of the front panel, and a small portion thereof is visible from the central recess in the upper flange of the front panel.
